Lisa Helland, RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist)
I grew up in northwest Iowa and after high school, went to Minnesota State University-Mankato graduating in 1985 with a degree in dental hygiene. I then made my way from the plains to the Colorado mountains where I have worked in both periodontal and general dentistry practices in Colorado Springs and Woodland Park.
Knowing that many people do not have dental insurance, I opened Summit Dental Hygiene (an alternative dental hygiene practice) in 1996 in Woodland Park to provide patients with a convenient, stress-free setting where they can receive cost-effective dental hygiene preventive care. I enjoy working with all age groups-children to seniors!
I have 2 grown children, Kelsey and Christopher, who I love spending lots of time with when possible!
